Pium("서비스")는 AI 웨딩 화보 생성 앱입니다. 본 개인정보처리방침은 Pium이 어떤 개인정보를 수집하고, 왜 사용하며, 어떻게 보관·삭제하는지 설명합니다.
Pium is an AI wedding photo generation app. This Privacy Policy explains what personal data Pium collects, why it is used, and how it is retained and deleted.

3. 처리하는 얼굴 데이터 / Face data we process
이용자는 인물 1명당 웃지 않는 정면 얼굴 사진 1장과 약 45도 방향에서 웃는 얼굴 사진 1장을 직접 선택하여 업로드합니다. 커플 화보에는 최대 2명의 사진 4장이 사용됩니다.
For each person, the user directly selects and uploads one neutral front-facing facial photograph and one smiling facial photograph taken at approximately a 45-degree angle. A couple portrait may use up to four photographs for two people.
업로드 전에 기기 내 MediaPipe 처리가 얼굴 수, 얼굴 영역 비율, 머리 방향(yaw/pitch), 눈 깜빡임 및 미소 점수를 일시적으로 계산하여 사진 적합성을 확인합니다. 이 분석값은 Pium 서버나 서비스 제공업체에 전송되지 않으며 보관되지 않습니다. Pium은 인증 또는 이용자 간 식별을 위한 영구 얼굴 템플릿이나 임베딩을 생성하거나 보관하지 않습니다.
Before upload, MediaPipe runs on the device and temporarily calculates face count, facial bounding-area ratio, head pose (yaw and pitch), eye-blink scores, and smile scores to assess photo suitability. These measurements are not transmitted to Pium's servers or service providers and are not retained. Pium does not create or retain persistent face templates or embeddings for authentication or cross-user identification.
이용자는 동아시아, 동남아시아, 라틴계, 백인, 흑인 중 하나의 화보 외형 유형을 직접 선택할 수 있습니다. 이 선택값은 샘플과 생성 프롬프트를 맞추기 위해 계정에 저장되며 얼굴 사진에서 자동 추론하지 않습니다.
The user may directly select one portrait appearance category: East Asian, Southeast Asian, Latin, White, or Black. This selection is stored with the account to select samples and generation prompts. It is not inferred from the facial photographs.
4. 얼굴 데이터 사용 / How face data is used
수집한 데이터는 AI 이미지 생성, 계정 관리, 구매 처리, 환불 및 고객 지원, 보안, 서비스 운영 및 품질 개선을 위해 사용됩니다.
We use collected data to generate AI images, manage accounts, process purchases, handle refunds and support, protect the service, and improve service quality.
업로드한 얼굴 사진은 사진 적합성 확인, 이용자가 요청한 AI 웨딩 화보 생성, 향후 화보 생성 시 재사용 및 결과 제공에만 사용합니다. Pium은 얼굴 사진을 판매하거나 광고, 추적, 본인 인증 또는 이용자 간 식별에 사용하지 않습니다.
Uploaded facial photographs are used only to assess photo suitability, generate the AI wedding portraits requested by the user, allow reuse for later portrait generation, and deliver results. Pium does not sell facial photographs or use them for advertising, tracking, identity authentication, or cross-user identification.
5. 서비스 제공업체 및 저장 / Service providers and storage
얼굴 사진은 아래 업체에 이용자가 요청한 기능을 제공하는 데 필요한 범위에서만 전송 또는 보관됩니다.
Facial photographs are transmitted to or stored by the following providers only as necessary to provide the feature requested by the user.

Pium은 개인정보를 판매하지 않으며, 위 처리 목적, 법령상 요구, 보안 사고 대응 또는 이용자의 명시적 요청 외의 목적으로 임의 공유하지 않습니다.
Pium does not sell personal data or share it for purposes other than the processing described above, legal requirements, security response, or the user's explicit request.
6. 보안 / Security
- 전송 구간 암호화(TLS)를 사용합니다.
- 개인 데이터 접근 권한을 필요한 담당자와 시스템으로 제한합니다.
- 이미지와 계정 데이터는 서비스 운영에 필요한 범위에서 보호된 저장소에 보관합니다.
- We use encryption in transit, restrict data access, and store account and image data in protected systems.

삭제된 계정 데이터가 장애 복구용 DB 백업에 남아 있는 경우 일반 서비스에서는 접근하거나 복원하지 않으며, 해당 백업의 보존 기간이 끝나면 자동 만료됩니다.
If deleted account data remains in a disaster-recovery database backup, it is not accessed or restored in normal service operations and expires automatically with that backup.
계정 삭제는 앱 설정에서 직접 요청할 수 있습니다. 앱에 접근할 수 없는 경우 Account Deletion page 또는 pium.wedding.ai@gmail.com으로 요청할 수 있습니다.
You can request account deletion in the app settings. If you cannot access the app, use the Account Deletion page or email pium.wedding.ai@gmail.com.
개별 얼굴 사진은 앱에서 삭제할 수 있습니다. 민감정보 처리 동의 철회는 pium.wedding.ai@gmail.com으로 요청할 수 있으며, 요청이 처리되면 보관 중인 원본 얼굴 사진을 삭제하고 추가 처리를 중단합니다.
Individual facial photographs can be deleted in the app. To withdraw sensitive-data consent, email pium.wedding.ai@gmail.com. Once the request is processed, Pium deletes stored original facial photographs and stops further processing.
동의 및 철회 사실을 입증하는 기록은 계정 삭제 후 이용자 계정과 분리하여 법적 의무와 감사에 필요한 기간 동안 보관할 수 있습니다. 이 기록에는 얼굴 사진이나 기기 내 얼굴 분석값이 포함되지 않습니다.
Records needed to demonstrate consent or withdrawal may be separated from the user account after account deletion and retained as needed for legal and audit obligations. These records do not contain facial photographs or on-device facial measurements.
8. 이용자 권리 / Your rights
이용자는 개인정보 열람, 정정, 삭제, 처리 정지를 요청할 수 있습니다. 요청은 앱 설정 또는 pium.wedding.ai@gmail.com으로 접수할 수 있습니다.
You may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of your personal data through app settings or by emailing pium.wedding.ai@gmail.com.
9. 아동 / Children
Pium은 만 14세 미만 아동을 대상으로 하지 않습니다. 만 14세 미만 아동의 개인정보가 확인되면 삭제 조치합니다.
Pium is not directed to children under 14. If we become aware that we have collected personal data from a child under 14, we will delete it.
10. 변경 / Changes
본 방침이 변경되면 이 페이지의 최종 업데이트 일자를 갱신합니다. 중요한 변경은 앱 또는 이메일 등 적절한 방법으로 고지합니다.
If this policy changes, we will update the date on this page. Material changes may be notified through the app, email, or another appropriate method.
