Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Pium (the "Service") provided by Pium Inc. ("Company"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

• You must be at least 14 years old (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction) to use the Service.
• One account per person. You may not share accounts or register using another person's identity.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

2. Service Description

The Service provides:

• Upload of facial photographs for AI image generation
• AI-generated wedding photos in various styles
• Gallery storage of generated images for 14 days after completion, with download support
• Purchase of credits

3. Credits and Payments

3.1 Credits

• Credits are the in-service currency used to generate images. They can be purchased or earned through promotions.
• Credits are deducted upon image generation. If generation fails, credits are refunded.
• Credits have no cash value and are non-transferable (except as required by law).

3.2 Refund Policy

• Full refunds are available within 7 days of purchase for unused credits.
• Partial refunds are provided for partially used credit packs (unused portion only).
• Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
• Refunds may be denied in cases of suspected fraud or abuse.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Upload photographs of other people without their explicit consent
• Generate or attempt to generate pornographic, hateful, or deceptive content
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt unauthorized access to the Service's code or APIs
• Create multiple accounts or use another user's account
• Misuse payment methods or fraudulently request refunds
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

5. Ownership of Generated Images

• You own the copyright to images you generate using the Service.
• The Company may use generated images (anonymized) for promotional purposes unless you opt out in Settings.
• The Company retains all intellectual property rights to the AI models, UI, style data, and underlying technology.
• You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of generated images complies with applicable laws, including portrait rights and copyright.

6. Service Availability

The Company may temporarily suspend the Service for maintenance, upgrades, or unavoidable circumstances (e.g., natural disasters). Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance. The Company is not liable for service interruptions unless caused by its own willful misconduct or gross negligence.

7. Disclaimers

• The Service is provided "as is." The Company does not warrant a specific quality level for AI-generated images.
• The Company is not responsible for disputes arising from photographs you upload (e.g., portrait rights, copyright).
• The Company is not liable for outages or failures caused by third-party services (payment processors, cloud storage, etc.).

8. Account Suspension and Termination

The Company may suspend or terminate your account without prior notice if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity. You may delete your account at any time via Settings. Account deletion is immediate and irreversible — your account, photos, and generated images are permanently destroyed.

9. Changes to These Terms

The Company will notify you of material changes to these Terms at least 7 days in advance via in-app announcement or email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Seoul Central District Court as the court of first instance. We encourage you to contact us first to resolve any dispute amicably.
